A clean that actually lasts

Pure deionized (DI) water. No soap film. Less buildup.

Our exterior system filters water down to 0 ppm, removing the minerals that normally dry into spots. It also removes residue and helps neutralize static charge on the glass, making it harder for pollen, dust, and grime to bind back onto the surface.

Many homes stay noticeably cleaner for around three months. Weather, tree cover, sprinklers, and exposure can affect how long the finish lasts.

0 ppmZero dissolved minerals in the water that reaches your glass.

No soapNo chemical film left behind to collect fresh pollen and dust.

Atlanta’s glass calendar

Your windows don’t get dirty once. So we don’t clean them once.

Every season in Atlanta puts something different on the glass. A plan means there’s never a gap.

Spring · late Apr–May

We clean after the pollen, not during it.

Atlanta’s pine pollen is heavy and sticky — it doesn’t blow off. We time spring visits for when the yellow layer lifts, so the clean actually lasts.

Summer · Jul–Aug

Storms put the clay back on your glass.

Afternoon thunderstorms splash red clay and grit onto lower panes. Clay is iron-rich, so it stains like rust the longer it cycles wet and dry.

Fall · Oct–Nov

The city in a forest drops on your house.

Atlanta has one of the heaviest tree canopies of any major U.S. city. Leaf fall loads gutters and films the glass. We clear it before winter rain arrives.

Winter · Jan–Feb

Mild winters keep growth alive.

Humidity stays high most of the year. Mildew and algae on shaded, north-facing frames is what rots wood and fails seals — caught early, it’s a wipe, not a repair.

Common questions

What to expect on service day.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior-only service, as long as we have access to the windows and any necessary water connection. Interior service requires someone to let us in.

Are screens, frames, and sills included?

Yes. Our standard window service includes the glass, frames, sills, and screens discussed in your estimate.

How long does an appointment take?

Most homes take a few hours. Larger properties, heavy buildup, and interior-plus-exterior service may take longer. We’ll set expectations when we provide your estimate.

How and when do I pay?

There is no upfront payment. Payment is due after the work is complete and you have had a chance to review it.

How do you price a job?

We quote on site, free, after looking at the actual glass — the size of the home, the number and type of windows, access, and how much buildup there is. You get the number before we start, and it doesn’t change afterwards.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Most of our customers choose two to four visits a year timed to the seasons. Tree cover, sprinklers, road dust, and pollen exposure all make more frequent visits worthwhile.
