A clean that actually lasts

Pure deionized (DI) water. No soap film. Less buildup.

Our exterior system filters water down to 0 ppm, removing the minerals that normally dry into spots. It also removes residue and helps neutralize static charge on the glass, making it harder for pollen, dust, and grime to bind back onto the surface.

Many homes stay noticeably cleaner for around three months. Weather, tree cover, sprinklers, and exposure can affect how long the finish lasts.

0 ppmZero dissolved minerals in the water that reaches your glass.
~3 monthsA typical low-static, residue-free finish; conditions vary.
No soapNo chemical film left behind to collect fresh pollen and dust.

Los Angeles’s glass calendar

Your windows don’t get dirty once. So we don’t clean them once.

Every season in Los Angeles puts something different on the glass. A plan means there’s never a gap.

Spring · Apr–Jun

Pollen, then jacaranda.

Valley pollen peaks in spring, then the jacarandas drop a sticky film that bonds to glass and frames. We time the spring visit for after the drop.

Summer · Jul–Sep

Sprinklers and haze.

Hard LA tap water from sprinklers dries into mineral spots, and summer haze leaves a grey film on south-facing glass. Pure water rinses both away without soap residue.

Fall · Oct–Dec

Santa Ana dust.

When the winds come through the Valley and the foothills, fine dust settles on every exterior surface. A fall clean resets the glass before the holidays.

Winter · Jan–Mar

Rain splash and mud.

Winter storms splash soil and grit onto lower panes and sills. A late-winter visit clears it before spring growth starts.

Meet the owners

Where LA Window Washers started.

We’re Micah, Victor and Krishnav — three Emory students who built this company door to door in Studio City, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks and Glendale. Every one of our first customers came from a knock and a conversation, and most of them are still with us.

No call center, no subcontractor handoff, and no guessing who will arrive at your home. We show up, communicate clearly, and treat every job like a referral depends on it.

Common questions

What to expect on service day.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior-only service, as long as we have access to the windows and any necessary water connection. Interior service requires someone to let us in.

Are screens, frames, and sills included?

Yes. Our standard window service includes the glass, frames, sills, and screens discussed in your estimate.

How long does an appointment take?

Most homes take a few hours. Larger properties, heavy buildup, and interior-plus-exterior service may take longer. We’ll set expectations when we provide your estimate.

How and when do I pay?

There is no upfront payment. Payment is due after the work is complete and you have had a chance to review it.

How do you price a job?

We quote on site, free, after looking at the actual glass — the size of the home, the number and type of windows, access, and how much buildup there is. You get the number before we start, and it doesn’t change afterwards.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Most of our customers choose two to four visits a year timed to the seasons. Tree cover, sprinklers, road dust, and pollen exposure all make more frequent visits worthwhile.
